I have now now completed part of what will be an ongoing journey relating to Medgel the witch. She has already provided so many opportunities as an analogy of contemporary living as well as shining a light on our past ‘sins’. I am grateful to Arts Council England for enabling me to explore and create in the company of Amy Douglas and Sal Tonge (two amazing storytellers) and Richard and Arron of R&A Collaborations (film makers extraordinaire) Next steps? – more performances, artist talks and exhibitions for sure but also other formats and developments yet to be formulated fully.
